Change Your Clock, Change You Batteries
By Assistant Chief Robert Klinger, Jr.
October 30, 2015
Daylight saving time ends on Sunday, November 1st at 2AM. Everyone will change their clocks back one hour.
Honey Brook Fire Company wants to remind everyone that smoke detector batteries should be changed every six months. We recommend making this change every Spring and Fall when you change your clocks. This is a small price to pay for the safety of you and your family. The life your smoke detector saves could be your own.
