At 11:17 on Friday morning, the Coatesville Fire Department along with area mutual aid were dispatched to the 300 block of S. 1st Avenue in Coatesville City for a reported house fire. First arriving CFD units had fire showing from a middle of the row, and advised that a total of three units were now involved. Ladder 41 and Engine 41's crew began fire suppression efforts along with searches of the involved structures. As the incident progressed, the second alarm was struck, bringing additional resources to scene including an Engine from HBFC. Engine 33-1 with a crew of six along with the Duty Officer responded. Honey Brook personnel checked for extension in exposure units and conducted overhaul before clearing the scene a short time later. HBFC units would also handle a fire alarm as well as an accident reported with fire on Friday.
