At 20:03 hours last evening, the Honey Brook Fire Company was alerted to assist the Keystone Valley Fire Department (8) for a reported house fire on the 300 block of W. First Avenue, in Parkesburg Borough. Rescue 33, Engine 33-5, and Assistant 33 all made the response. First arriving units from Station 8 found an active fire on the first floor, quickly requested the working fire dispatch, and assumed all first-due roles.

Honey Brook units arrived and established RIT on the A/D corner of the structure, with 14 personnel. Fortunately, no RIT services were needed during this incident, and all 33 units were released by command a short time later.
