The Honey Brook Fire Company Fire Police are a dedicated group within the fire company tasked with traffic control, scene security, and crowd control at emergency scenes and community events. The fire police use various equipment such as traffic vest, traffic wands, flares, signage, verbal communication, hand signals, and our specialized apparatus to accomplish their task. The fire police officers keep motorists, pedestrians, and emergency responders safe from hazards while fire, rescue, and emergency medical services are rendered to our community at emergency scenes. Their help is needed at virtually any situation where emergencies occur.
If you would like to help as a fire police officer please stop by our station during a Monday evening drill session for more information. Your help will be graciously accepted.
