HBFC Conducts Final Inspection of New Pumper
By HBFC
September 1, 2026
Early this week, members of the HBFC Apparatus Committee traveled to Pierce Manufacturing’s headquarters in Appleton Wisconsin, for the final inspection of new Engine 33-1. The new rig received a thorough inspection by our team, and completed both pump and road testing during this visit. This 1000/2000GPM attack engine will serve as the HBFC’s main fire suppression piece.
We’d like to thank our friends at Glick Fire Equipment and our Rep. Chris Obenchain, for an exceptional customer experience throughout this entire build process.
This new addition to our fleet will serve our residents well, and ensure the HBFC’s continued ability to provide the highest level of fire suppression services possible.
