Rescue Co. Extricates One on Horseshoe Pike

At 13:18 this afternoon, Station 33 along with EMS were dispatched to the intersection of Cambridge Rd. and Horseshoe Pike for a vehicle accident. Chester County’s incident command unit was in the area and arrived on scene to confirm one patient was trapped. Rescue 33 and Engine 33-1 worked with EMS crews to swiftly extricate the driver from the vehicle. Fire police units from Honey Brook and Station 35 (Wagontown) assisted with traffic control. All units cleared the scene roughly one hour after dispatch.
